John 3:16 and/or Ephesians 2:8-9 teach we are saved by faith only.
Answer:
No, they do not. They teach that faith is an important part of the salvation process, but neither passage says we are saved by faith alone. What of Romans 10:10? It says "For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Would it be right to use this verse to teach "confession only?"
